~ Obtain a License (Plate) for Operating in SD ~
A commercial license (plate) is needed in South Dakota if you are a commercial trucker that operates in South Dakota in the transportation of persons or property for hire, compensation or profit or designed, used or maintained primarily for the transportation of property of more than 500 pounds.
